A blend of lemon peel and ground black pepper. A fresh twist of citrus and pepper for almost any dish.
May be used with fish, chicken, shrimp, scallops, asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts and artichokes. Add to melted butter for green beans, squash, corn, noodles, or use as a baste for broiled fish or chicken.
