At SMegaMart, the health and safety of all customers and employees is a top priority.
We know that COVID-19 is a top concern for all customers and employees at this time, and we want to assure you we are regularly monitoring the situation and have taken numerous steps to ensure we follow the guidelines from the Public Health Agency of Canada.
We have increased the cleaning and maintenance of our facility, and usage of disinfectants and anti-bacterial products has always been a regular practice. Please note, we do not package any products in our facility, and only source products from suppliers that follow the guidelines from public health authorities.
We have also implemented social distancing, and have a strict policy for any employee who is not feeling well to remain at home.
Please note, there may be delays with or changes in the way packages are delivered by Canada Post, due to the COVID-19 situation. We apologize for any inconvenience thay may be caused and appreciate your understanding, patience and cooperation.
Due to increasing demands, we have added purchase quantity limits for products that are in high demand in an effort to have these products delivered to as many households as possible. We are also doing our best to re-stock during this time. Customer well-being and satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we assure you our prices will remain unchanged.
